Canceling Your Reservation may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time on the Booking Date. After this time, please note that your prepayment for this special rate is non-refundable.
The tariff is exclusive of GST and a 5% service charge. GST is charged as per tariff slab (12% till Rs.2,499, 18% for Rs. 2500 to Rs.7499, and 28% for higher than Rs.7500).
Check-in time is 1100 hrs and check-out time is 0900 hrs. Any early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability and charged accordingly.
No refund is possible for early check-out.
Extra Bed / Person will be charged extra (A child age of 5 or more will be considered as an adult ) Maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room.
Cancellable bookings are subject to a 100% cancellation charge on the full amount if canceled within 48 hours of arrival time.
Non-cancellable bookings are subject to a 100% cancellation charge on the full amount.
For Indians, a valid government photo ID is compulsory while checking in at the Hotel.
All foreign nationals must carry their original passport & visa along with OCI and POI cards to check in at the Hotel.

General Policy

Check-in time is 11:00 am and Check out time is 09:00 am

As per the Government of Indias security regulations, all guests must show identity proof(passport for foreigners) at the time of check-in.Please do ensure that you carry this with you.

Pets are not allowed.

An extra mattress can be provided if space permits, extra charges payable at the time of booking.

All prices mentioned in the tariff are inclusive of taxes.

Age restriction & Responsibility

If you use this site, you alone are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and your passwords.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You represent that you are of the age prescribed by law to be eligible to enter into contracts, and use this to

create binding reciprocal legal obligations and are capable, ready and willing to discharge any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site.

Room Booking Policy

Single Occupancy - Confirmed Booking Voucher states occupancy for ONE Adult only

Double Occupancy - Confirmed Booking Voucher states occupancy for TWO Adult only

Triple Occupancy - Confirmed Booking Voucher states occupancy for THREE Adult only

Please refer to our Child Policy if traveling with children

All check-insns will be done as per your booking Voucher. If there are any changes to your booking status, the hotel should be informed before check-inn.

Any changes could be liable to extra charges and the hotel reserves the right of admission.

All Booking confirmation subject to 100% payment via bank transfer or through our online payment gateway

Maximum 3 adults or 2adults with 2 children below 5 years would be allowed per room as per the booking voucher. any changes have to be notified to the hotel before arrival

All Guests must compulsorily submit a valid Government ID during Check-in.The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission. If satisfactory ID is not produced

Due to security reasons, Vistors are strictly not allowed in Guest Rooms. However, they can be seated either at the restaurant or the lobby.

The guest is liable to pay the cost of damages/breakages to the hotel property caused due to their negligence. the cost will be determined by the hotel & changed directly to the guest
